A treat camera has a sticker price and a plan price, and both brands tie one to the other. Furbo's store offers its 360° Dog Camera at $184 alone or $54 with a yearly Furbo Nanny plan; Petcube advertises "FREE camera + Petcube Care starting from $5.99/mo" on its bundle. We have not used either camera. Below, the figures each store printed on November 7, 2026, and three years added up [calc].

How we compare: criteria, sources and dates

The 3-year line takes the camera at its with-plan price and the yearly plan: for the Furbo 360° Dog Camera, $54 + $83.92 the first year + $95.88 ($7.99 x 12) for each of the next two = $329.68; for the Bites 2 Lite, $99.99 + 3 x $59.88 = $279.63 [calc]. Without any plan, the cost stays at the camera price.

What differs besides price

A camera without treats, cheaper: Petlibro's Scout ($79.99) needs a Video Cloud AI plan for recordings ($95.99 a year). All cameras: the comparison; your own plan and years: 3-year cost.
